Look at the drama in between DMK and Congress.Do you think that the DMK' threat to pull its ministers out of the government in the centre is due to the demand of Congress for 3 seats more the DMK is willing to give in forthcoming elections in A.P. Not at all..Three seats are not the stuff on which to break up a serious political alliance.I think it is it is due to the DMK's perception that Congress is not doing anything to prevent the ongoing investigation into the 2G scam in which A.Raja is alleged to be the main culprit. And as the Supreme Court is now monitoring the investigation, government is looking more helpless.And on the other side Mamta Madam is prepare with her gun of Harsh terms to fire on congress.
Very bad situation for Congress at present...
I think Congress may be beneficial in long terms if it abides by its promise of combating corruption and do not bow down on wrong terms of DMK and Trinamool congress as it did in nuclear deal( even if they go in minority i.e. apposition because its comeback will be easy and solid) otherwise Congress may loose its core base.
